At Techonika, we believe in maintaining complete transparency in how our services are delivered and how cancellations or refunds are handled. This policy explains the applicable terms for all our services including software development, digital marketing, design, and subscription-based solutions.
Web, Mobile App & Software Development Projects
Once a project agreement is signed and work has started, the project is considered active and resources are allocated specifically to your requirements.
If the client cancels the project at any stage after signing the agreement or approving the scope of work, no refund will be applicable. Development projects involve technical planning, manpower, licensing, and infrastructure costs that cannot be reversed.
Digital Marketing, Graphic Design & Content Services
For digital marketing services, clients must provide at least one month’s written notice after completing the minimum contract period to cancel the service.
- • No refunds are applicable for digital marketing services
- • No refunds are applicable for graphic designing projects
- • No refunds are applicable for content writing or content creation services
These services involve upfront creative effort, planning, manpower, and execution, which cannot be undone once started or delivered.
Subscription-Based CRM / ERP Solutions
- • One-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable.
- • If cancellation is requested within 15 days of project delivery, customers may be eligible for a refund of up to 70% of the subscription fee, depending on usage and activation.
- • Cancellation requests made after 15 days of delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing Timeline
- • Approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s registered bank account.
- • Refunds are credited within 15 working days from approval.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institutions.
Reference to Project-Specific Terms
Each project is governed by a detailed legal agreement or proposal document. In case of conflict, the terms mentioned in the specific agreement shall take precedence over this policy.
